Q: How do I obtain a username and password to log-in?

A. If you are a current Ranbaxy customer please contact our customer service team at 1-877-804-9862 for assistance. Once we have validated your information, you will be issued a username and password ID to log-in.

Q: I forgot my password who do I contact to re-set it?

A. Please contact us via e-mail at customerservice@ranbaxydirect.ca or call a customer service team member at 1-877-804-9862. Our customer service team will then call back the pharmacy and verify information prior to supplying a temporary password to access the system. Please note that you will once again be required to change your password and confirm fax and email information upon re-entering the system.

Q: Will I be able to access all products once my account has been activated?

A. Once your account is activated you will have access to all Ranbaxy products.

Q: How do I order narcotics?

A. Please contact GMD’s Customer Service at 877-827-1306 to order your narcotics products.

 

Q: Whom should I contact regarding a product complaint?

A. Please contact Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals at 1-866-840-1340.

 

Q. How do I return product to Ranbaxy Direct?

A. Prior to any return, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer care at
1-877-804-9862. The following information is required:
Product Name
Quantity
Lot Number
Reason for the return
Invoice number of original purchase

An RGA number will be provided either over the phone or faxed to you at a later time. Your RGA number must be clearly indicated on all paperwork and on the box in which you are returning your product.
